Yoga does more than burn calories and tone muscles. It’s a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and meditation or relaxation. Yoga helps increase your metabolism, lower inflammation and change the way your body reacts to stress and not just during your Yoga session, but potentially throughout the rest of your day. Yoga is offered complimentary to our members two days a week from May through September. Whichever format your workout takes, make plans to finish the rotation with a relaxing session in the whirlpool, sauna or steam room.
Tennis & More
Rain or shine, Waterfall Club has options for you. Take your pick – our indoor and outdoor tennis courts keep you active year-round. Grab a partner and join in some friendly competition. You will be scoring more aces in no time.
If tennis is not your game, play a friendly game of indoor basketball, or shoot hoops on our outdoor goal. Like we said, we have options for you!
Our course was designed by Scott Pool, a protégé of the legendary Pete Dye, so you can imagine how good it must be. The panoramic views across the course and of Lake Burton will distract you from the challenging and masterfully designed holes in front of you. Waterfall’s golf course is not only known for eye appeal, but for its bentgrass fairways and putting surfaces which are green year-round, adding an appealing aesthetic experience and as well as for superb playing conditions.
